Registration

At least one author of each poster or paper must have registered and paid the registration fee by June 30th in order to have the poster or paper appear in the proceedings. The registration fee includes: admission to the conference, coffee break, lunch, tea break, and beverages on Day 1 and 2, a copy of the proceedings and a conference pack.
The conference dinner is optional (and incurs an additional fee of GBP 36). It will be held at The Shelleys, an original 16th century coaching inn in nearby Lewes. The number of places is limited, and seats will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Registration procedure:

Print the registration form and fax it to +44 (0)1273 877873 (Attention to: Elizabeth Marriott / Megan Rowse).

Registered students are eligible for reduced fees. They will be required to present a copy of their student ID card when collecting their conference pack. Alternatively, fax a copy of a student ID along with the registration form.

Fees are as follows:

Important Notice: EpiRob 2008 has been selected as an "euCognition Official Event". This means that euCognition members are eligible to have all their travel and accommodation costs reimbursed for participating in EpiRob 2008.

Applying for euCognition membership is free and very easy.
