DPhil=PhD at Sussex.

Interested in studying for a DPhil  in the Representations Systems Lab under the superivsion of Professor Peter Cheng?

You may study in any of areas of research of the REPS Lab or Peter Cheng.

Funding

You may apply with a source of funding that you arrange for yourself.

The Department of Informatics has a number of 'teaching assistantships' for which you may apply.  These studentships cover University postgraduate fees and include a living expenses grant.  In return you will do a range of basic teaching duties such as running computing lab class, conducting seminar class, or course work marking.  The applications for the studentships are highly competitive.  Indicate on your application form if you wish to be considered for one of them.
