About

I'm currently studying for my PhD in the research area of optimising compilers. At the moment I'm looking at a structure called the Value State Dependence Graph (VSDG), and looking at interesting problems with creating an optimising compiler using the VSDG as an intermediate representation. If you'd like to know more, just get in touch. My supervisor is Dr. Des Watson. My desk is in Chichester 2, 2R306.

My CV is available here.

Research interests

My main research interest is in high-level language compilers (particularly code optimisation and intermediate representations) and programming languages. It's safe to say that most of computer science interests me, however. :-)
