Third-Party Code in Prog. Nets

In programmable networks, we wish to deploy the code for our new protocols and services to a remote location (host, router, ...)
The owners and managers of these hosting platforms do not necessarily trust the programs coming from third parties.
Since code from third-party clients will use resources and services on the host platform, controlling access and usage is important.
