The Damasio Reading Group is made up of postgraduates and staff members interested in the Feeling theories of Consciousness as proposed by Antonio Damasio in his book "The Feeling of What Happens". We meet at 3pm on Thursdays during the spring term 2006 in Pevensey 1, 1A3. Interested students and staff from all departments are welcome.
The meetings will start with a short presentation on the relevant chapter/s. The rest of the time will be spent with discussion. We will be discussing the following chapters in these weeks:
