Marketing Strategy:
To best exploit the new market opportunities offered by this project Animazoo has devised a two-front approach.

  1. The first approach is short term which will use the projects’ resultant technologies to provide Animazoo’s present target markets with new equipment and capabilities where sales targets are less speculative and Animazoo can expect to expand its revenues in these markets. 
  2. The second approach is more medium to longer term and will require post project funding to effectively enter the motion-critical video gaming market where Animazoo’s current experience is focused on selling to developers. 

The first approach will expand Animazoo’s present business scope and size by letting it take the first pick of new products and services it wants to commercialize, like advertising systems or anima-casting stations, readily fitting into its present business.

While this organic first approach leads the way in exploiting non-speculative markets, for the second approach the partners will have a managed plan of scouting, interviewing and inviting early adopters during the phase 1 of this project to aid in identifying the technology’s directional growth.  Early adopters will have access to hardware and software prototypes at month 13 to explore new gaming possibilities, a whole year before this project is over.

We feel that by exploiting the less lucrative but readily available advertising and animation markets, Animazoo can buy time for video gaming solutions to get refined and find the larger funding it would need to have this take off like the Wii has.
