The Creative Systems Lab is home to a group of researchers and students who are interested in using computers to model, enrich and extend creative processes and practices.

Origins

The Lab originated from the work of artists and musicians working within the Centre for Computational Neuroscience and Robotics. These include Stelarc, Paul Brown, Jon McCormack and currently, Anna Dumitriu.

Recent Projects

Recent projects include Drawbots, virtual instruments, conceptual research and interactive music systems (listen to Fond Punctions by Alice Eldridge).

Creative Systems MSc

In Autumn 2007 we accepted our first 6 students on the Creative Systems MSc.
